WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FLO 1.0 AND FLO 2.0?

Flo 1.0 is the original Flobility framework—developed between 2016 and 2024 through live coaching, case studies, and in-depth biomechanics work. It’s helped many rebuild their posture, movement, and coordination from the ground up.
 
This method is available publicly through a monthly progression system, giving you access to the same sequence used to build the foundation for Flobility as a whole. It’s straightforward, effective, and affordable for anyone ready to reconnect to their body.
 
Flo 2.0 is built differently. It’s a closed-loop protocol based on biomechanics, gravitational feedback, and system-level training. Unlike Flo 1.0, it’s not a monthly program—it’s a guided operating system with its own structure, logic, and progression model.
 
Access begins through a formal onboarding process and includes full setup, educational integration, live sessions, and membership inside our custom platform.
 
Because of the depth and structure of Flo 2.0, access is currently limited.
