Flobility was designed to improve posture and mobility, help relieve and manage pain, and increase overall core strength. You will learn a new exercise approach that focuses on alignment via strength.
Exercise Technique and Form
Through video and audio-guided programming, you'll receive instructions on exactly how to perform exercises step-by-step, including when to increase or decrease your tempo and pace. This allows you to focus on your form without distractions–similar to having a personal trainer!
